Going by the look of things, Jake Paul might lure Conor McGregor to fight him soon

Conor McGregor succumbed to a nasty left ankle breakage at the very end of the first round, during his fight against Dustin Poirier.

The Irishman sunk to the floor, even as the referee waved off the fight, and awarded it to Poirier. ‘The Diamond’ won the fight via. TKO due to a doctor stoppage.

McGregor was operated on the next day, and has been recovering currently. He was also slapped with a six-month medical suspension for a second straight time.

Elsewhere, Jake Paul had his pre-fight press conference with Tyron Woodley, for his upcoming bout on the 29th of August in Cleveland, Ohio. Following the press conference, he was asked what he felt about McGregor breaking his ankle at UFC 264.

Paul showed no signs of respect to McGregor, as he tore into him, ripping apart his trash-talking which went quite overboard during the pre-fight hype, and after the fight as well.

Calling McGregor a ‘piece of sh*t’, Paul told TMZ Sports:

“He is a piece of sh*t. He is sitting there on the ground after losing, talking shit to Dustin Poirier’s wife. So, I don’t feel bad at all. It is the hurt business…I think he is an evil man. And, he had what’s coming for him.”

Jake Paul’s offer to Conor McGregor following his UFC 264 loss

Jake Paul who first made some big money offers to Conor McGregor so that he would accept a fight (between Jake and him), made a ludicrous $23 offer following his dismal performance at UFC 264.

Taking to Twitter, ‘The Problem Child’ wrote:

“My new offer for Conor Mcgregor is $23 dollars.”

Although McGregor hasn’t responded to Paul’s tweet, it would have surely taken a mental toll on him.
