Conor McGregor shared a brutal prediction to his trilogy fight vs Dustin Poirier

Conor McGregor is preparing hard for his trilogy with Dustin Poirier and shared his prediction for the fight too.

McGregor lost their second meeting a few months back as Poirier scored a knockout. This was the first time the Irishman was knocked out in his MMA career and that seems to have lit a fire under him.

McGregor is back to being his Notorious self and has hit out at Poirier several times.

The respect seems to still be there but McGregor is doing his bit on social media and brought up his rival’s nose.

The pair are to meet in July 2021 and McGregor shared his prediction for the fight. McGregor claimed he would also score a knockout in the fourth round thanks to a kick. He also claimed that Poirier would be left with a broken nose, which would actually get fixed thanks to the kick.

“The prediction is in! I’m going to win the trilogy fight via A Front Kick to the nose. Round number 4.

McGregor also shared a couple of photos of him kicking a lamppost, something he has shared in the past.

Conor McGregor to bring the kicks in for the trilogy fight?

McGregor was on the end of a lot of crazy calf kicks from Poirier in the loss. That was one of the biggest talking points from UFC 257 and there were some concerns that the Irishman might have broken his leg.

Poirier’s kicks reduced McGregor’s movement in the fight and the Irishman has claimed that he is learning how to “cheque” those kicks.

McGregor also posted videos of him doing some kicks, and it will be interesting to see what tactics are used for this fight.

Both stars might be using different tactics from their second meeting. The trilogy is building up quite well and this could be one of the best UFC fights of 2021.
