Not a week goes by without an ‘Ali Abdelaziz-Conor McGregor’ Twitter exchange

An Ali Abdelaziz-Conor McGregor Twitter altercation is something as periodic as the Comet Halley (not the time interval!).

The pair had an exchange on Twitter right after the conclusion of the co-main event at UFC 265, featuring Jose Aldo and Pedro Munhoz.

The Brazilian featherweight legend, put on a striking clinic against Munhoz, earning a unanimous decision victory.

Aldo showed that he still had a lot to offer with that performance. And his stellar display even earned the praise of his old rival Conor McGregor.

Soon after the fight, McGregor tweeted: “Jose Aldo is a real legend.”

And this is when Ali Abdelaziz stepped in. The Dominance MMA CEO replied:

“And you real b**ch.”

McGregor who was in a light-hearted mood, replied:

“God bless ya pal.”

Jose Aldo believes Conor McGregor will be back soon

Conor McGregor is currently on a two-fight skid. His first ever in his MMA career. With his career staring at a downward plunge, many speculate that it would only be a matter of time before the Irishman is washed.

However, Jose Aldo thinks otherwise. In a recent interview with AG Fight, Aldo claimed that McGregor will bounce back soon:

“First of all, I’m upset with the injury. It’s quite hard, we work with our body, we try to keep it healthy because that way we can always be working. I think he can [get back to fighting at a high level]. I never doubt the champions, the mind and willpower of the champions. He has dominating before and was the lightweight and featherweight champion. It’s all up to him. If he wants to come back at a high level, he can do it.” [via BJPENN.com]
