Ali Abdelaziz and Conor McGregor have been the best of enemies

Conor McGregor and Ali Abdelaziz just won’t stop feuding. Ever since McGregor’s bus attack on Khabib Nurmagomedov and his mates, Abdelaziz and McGregor have been involved in nasty verbal spats online.

More recently, McGregor had mocked Abdelaziz for calling his client Kamaru Usman a genuine man. He quote tweeted a montage of Usman using his famous one-liners, with a laughing emoji.

This didn’t sit well with Abdelaziz. The Dominance MMA CEO once again brought in his best client Khabib into the picture. He posted an edited gif representing Khabib as a bear, mauling McGregor trapped inside a glass box.

Abdelaziz captioned the post:

“He [Khabib] took your soul away.”

Khabib and McGregor fought at UFC 229 in one of the most fiercest matches of all time. Khabib emerged victorious after submitting McGregor in the fourth round of the fight.

Conor McGregor next fight

McGregor is set to take on Dustin Poirier in a trilogy bout at UFC 264 on the 10th of July. The winner of the fight will be taking on newly-crowned lightweight champion Charles Oliviera, for the lightweight title.

The scoreline in the McGregor-Poirier rivalry currently reads 1-1. McGregor went 1-0 up after beating Poirier at UFC 178, back in September 2014.

Seven years later, a matured and largely improved Poirier exacted revenge on McGregor by knocking him out. This was McGregor’s first ever knockout loss.

The trilogy bout will settle the scores in their rivalry. Hence, both the fighters will be looking forward to giving it all, come the 10th of July.
