Hotta Studios in China is currently working on Tower of Fantasy, an open-world action RPG. Since it was created with Unreal Engine, this action game is supposed to look excellent even on outdated mobile phones and tablets. From the Tower of Fantasy release date to how the game is intended to play, here’s all we know about it.

While Genshin Impact remains extremely popular, many players are looking for new games that can compete with HoYoverse’s F2P giant. Tower of Fantasy is one of several games vying for attention, and it promises to bring a plethora of new features as well as traditional clichés to the table.  From the Tower of Fantasy release date to how the game is intended to play, here’s all we know about it.

Tower of Fantasy Release Date

Tower of Fantasy is set to be released sometime in 2022. While no specific date has been set, the closed beta began on April 19, so we shouldn’t have to wait too long. Keep checking back because we’ll update this page as soon as we obtain new information.

The beta registration opened as soon as the game’s global release date was confirmed. Successful candidates received invitations in early April, with the closed beta date established on April 19, 2022, shortly after.

Tower of Fantasy Gameplay

Hotta Studio has given fans a sneak peek into the game’s combat system, showing a number of spectacular character skills and attacks. The trailer also showed off the game’s settings, which players will be able to explore while tracking down the menace to civilization.

There seem to be a number of areas for travelers to explore, ranging from lush green fields to harsh tundras. While the landscape appears lovely, the planet is home to a number of dangerous enemies.

Tower of Fantasy will be available on Android, iOS, and PC. The next beta looks to be limited to mobile platforms for the time being, but this is likely due to the team’s goal to test the game on a variety of phones. In its early days, Genshin Impact followed a similar method.
