Toto Wolff Career
Wolff was a racing driver himself however, he was not able to reach the formula one. Wolff made his motorsport debut at the age of 20 when he raced in the Austrian Formula Ford Championship. His racing career lasted till 2009 and he raced in several GT competitions. Wolff also managed to win several races and also a remarkable year 2006 where he finished 2nd in the Austrian Rally Championship. Wolff also became the driving instructor at the Walter Lechner Racing School.
He then went on to buy shares in the Williams F1 team in 2009. Three years later he was made the executive director of the team. Just a year later in 2013, Wolff purchased 30% stake in Mercedes AMG Petronas and became the executive team director. Wolff held shares of both Williams and Mercedes AMG Petronas till 2016. After which he decided to sell his shares in the Williams F1.
Under Wolff as the team principal, Mercedes has reached a whole new level. The team has won eight straight championships.

Wolff was born on January 12th, 1972 in Vienna, Austria. He was born to a Polish mother and a Romanian father. However, he was just eight years old when his father was diagnosed with brain cancer. Wolff’s parents separated after the diagnosis and his father later died when Wolff was in his early teens.
Wolff is currently married to Susie Wolff, the couple got married in 2011. Susie has been a racing driver herself and was also a test driver of Williams F1 in 2015. Susie is currently the team principal of Venturi Racing in Formula E.
Wolff and Susie together have a son together who was born in 2017 named Jack Wolff. It is reported that Wolff also has two children from his previous marriage. Further details of his previous marriage and children have not been made known to the public.
