World No.1 WTA star Iga Swiatek is currently representing Poland at the 2023 United Cup – her stunning shot at the United Cup impressed Roger Federer

Roger Federer is stunned by Swiatek’s insane shot during her mixed doubles match at the ongoing United Cup in Australia. Swiatek played an incredible ‘around the net post’ winner during her mixed doubles match against Kazakhstan. Swiatek and her partner Hubert Hurkacz won the match comfortably 6-3, 6-4 against the Kazakh pair. Swiatek won her individual singles tie as well and helped Poland register a convincing 4-1 victory.

After the match, Swiatek took to Twitter and shared a clip of the shot, tagging Roger Federer. She herself seemed to be in awe of the shot and couldn’t believe that she actually pulled it off.”Do you approve @rogerfederer?”, Swiatek wrote. Federer as usual was classy and replied: “That was crazy.”

Swiatek has been in incredible form over the last few months. She has had a stellar 2022 and is absolutely re-defining women’s tennis at the moment. It doesn’t come as a surprise that Swiatek could actually pull off that winner.
