Tennis stars Stefanos Tsitsipas and Paula Badosa are the latest power couple in the sport

Stefanos Tsitsipas and Paula Badosa have been in the news recently after their relationship was publicly revealed last week. Although, the couple didn’t announce it, fans spotted Badosa in the stands during Tsitsipas’ fourth round match at the Roland Garros and what probably sealed the deal was the fact that both of them have display pictures on Spotify in which they are seen sharing the frame together.

The rumours of their relationship went viral in no time and the Tennis stars seem to be enjoying the attention, indulging in cheeky banter regarding the same on Twitter.

Tsitsipas seems to be madly in love with Badosa. In a recent interview, the Greek star stated: “I’ve met a lot of women in my life, and I can definitely say I’ve never felt so attracted, I’ve never found so much beauty, and I’ve never been so much interested in a woman.”

Badosa too seems to have moved on from her recent relationship with model Juan Betancourt and appears to be absolutely enjoying her new relationship.

Paula Badosa was in attendance at the French Open despite pulling out of the tournament

Paula Badosa was spotted in the stands in a white top and black cap during Tsitsipas’ fourth round match at the French Open and that was what initially sparked the rumours of their relationship.

Badosa had withdrawn from the French Open after sustaining a spinal stress fracture at the Italian Open. She got injured during her Italian Open encounter where she lost to Czech Republic’s Karolina Muchova in the Round of 16. However, despite not being able to make it to Paris as a player, she made the long journey to attend the Grand Slam and now, we do have a clear idea, why she did so!

We’re not sure if she attended all of Tsitsipas’ matches at the Roland Garros but we do know for sure that she witnessed her rumoured boyfriend’s fourth-round victory against Sebastian Ofner. However, Tsitsipas was unfortunately eliminated from the tournament after losing to Carlos Alcaraz in the quarter-finals. The couple then went on to spend some quality time in Paris before publicly revealing the news of their relationship.
