Why did Sky walk away from the VH1 show Black Ink Crew?

According to Ceaser, Sky’s suspension was mainly because of a heated altercation she got into with her 19-year-old son, Des. when she accused him of stealing from her.

He later went to visit her and apologise, which led to their fight turning physical before she was suspended from her job at the tattoo shop. A producer informed the tattoo artist that the network won’t allow “s–t to go down like this.”

“Everything was going good in my eyes,” Des explained in a conversation with Ceaser, as a clip of him hugging Sky played. But things quickly went south.

As Per  Distractify Des and his brother alleged that they only hear from Sky when she wants them to appear on Black Ink Crew.

“She won’t answer no more after she got her s–t,” he said, referring to filming. “And when she has gone, she was gone.” Genesis admitted that he’s learning to love his mother “from a distance.”
