Sam Mayer Career
Sam Mayer is a full-time competitor in the NASCAR Xfinity Series, where he pilots the No. 1 Chevrolet Camaro for JR Motorsports. He earned the title of East Series champion in both 2019 and 2020 while racing for GMS Racing in their No. 21 car. Additionally, he secured the inaugural championship of the ARCA Menards Series Sioux Chief Showdown in 2020. Mayer began his NASCAR journey in 2018, driving for Jefferson Pitts Racing and MDM Motorsports, before becoming a development driver for GMS, JRM, and Chevrolet in 2019.
