And Ringside News also reported that it was actually Reigns who called to shift to the current plan, which is basically a singles match against Goldberg. However, the source also said that “They weren’t getting him in that chamber. No chance.”

2. Sammy Guevara was pulled over creative differences

PWInsider said AEW Star Sammy Guevara was pulled from Impact Wrestling’s recent TV tapings. Guevara quit The Inner Circle on a recent episode of AEW Dynamite. Chris Jericho proposed an idea for Guevara to appear on Impact. These were the plans submitted by Tony Khan and Impact officials.

However, Guevara did not fly to Nashville the day before the tapings scheduled and rescheduled himself to arrive just a few hours before the show. PWInsider also reported that Guevara began texting Impact officials about alternative ideas and “not wanting to do what was agreed to.” Which resulted in Impact officials cancelling Guevara’s tapings.

3. Triple H opens up about NXT Women’s title match at Vengeance Day

On his post-TakeOver media call, Triple H said that NXT Women’s title match at Vengeance Day had more time than what was used. Because some things didn’t go as planned, like the announce table collapsing while it was supposed to be used it in a spot, the performers had to improvise and didn’t go as long.
