Rangers vs Livingston prediction: Rangers line-up

Rangers host Livingston FC on Saturday after a disappointing last-minute defeat to Kilmarnock a couple of days back.

Steven Gerrard’s men have been inconsistent in recent weeks and have slipped ten points away from their rivals Celtic in the chase for the title.

Despite the recent losses, Rangers have a good home record as they have won 9 out of their last 10 games at the Ibrox and have kept 7 clean sheets in the last 12. Hence, they should carry the momentum forward and avoid dropping points.

On the other hand, Livingston are coming into this game on the back of a win against St Mirren in midweek. And the Gers must not take them lightly.

Jermaine Defoe a calf injury and was left out of the squad against the Killie and would continue on the sidelines. whereas, Glenn Middleton and Filip Helander haven’t yet recovered.

Borna Barisic will be one notable absentee from the game against Livingston.

The Canadian international has been the driving force for the team in the middle of the park. He has contributed with 4 goals and assists in the league so far and is a crucial member of the squad.

Ryan Kent (LW)

The former Liverpool man has been quiet in the last few games and needs to get the team moving forward. He is a regular starter and would likely continue to be so.
