Patrick Mouratoglou Career
Patrick Mouratoglou is a professional Tennis coach and has been associated with top Tennis stars for a long period of time. Mouratoglou’s professional career took off after he laid the foundation of the Mouratoglou Tennis Academy in 1996. He is still an active coach in the professional circuit and in his illustrious career till date, Mouratoglou has coached top players like Marcos Baghdatis, Serena Williams, Stefanos Tsitsipas, Coco Gauff and Simona Halep among others.
Baghdatis was the first professional Tennis star that Mouratoglou coached after he invited the Cypriot to his Tennis Academy in 1999. After his success with Baghdatis, the Frenchman was hired by a number of top stars as a personal coach and he did a great job with them. Mouratoglou’s most successful phase came in the period of 2012-2022 when he was the coach of Serena Williams. He is currently the coach of Romanian Tennis player Simona Halep.
Some of Mouratoglou’s best achievements have come as the coach of Serena Williams. The duo has won together a number of prestigious titles including – 2x Australian Open, 2x French Open, 3x Wimbledon, 3x US Open, 2012 Olympic Gold medal and of course, a Career Golden Slam.
