In Party Animals Patch 1.6.0.0, two exciting new tasks are added, making the story longer. In Black Sails, Nemo, our famous amnesiac lab escapee, is caught and taken on a ship with a husky named Max. A face you know, maybe? When pirates attack the ship, their trip takes a turn they didn’t expect. Can Nemo and Max fight off these angry enemies and find out what a strange place they’re going holds?
In Cast Away, the story keeps going. Nemo comes ashore on an island that seems to be empty after fleeing the pirates. However, this plain-looking island hides a secret. In this exciting new task, you must discover the island’s secrets and what lies beneath the surface.
The Lab Gets a Makeover: Introducing SMASH Mode and Black Sails Duo
With the addition of two new game types, The Lab, Party Animals’ playground that is always changing, gets even more exciting. SMASH puts players in a round-based fight royale where they can use 50 different “Powers” to make their party animal stronger. You can double jump your way to success, use your increased stamina to take over the battlefield, or turn into a tough powerhouse. Plan your moves and use these abilities well to be the last animal standing.
You’re not alone this time when Black Sails comes back to The Lab! You can fight the pirates with a friend in Black Sails (Duo Mode). When you work together, you can use coordinated strikes to take over the high seas with a friend.
Free Master Pass: Level Up and Unlock Exclusive Rewards
Party Animals is having a party and giving away a free 21-day Master Pass to all players starting April 25 at 8 PM PST. This event is only happening for a short time, but it’s a great chance to get special gifts and level up your party animal character. Do the daily Master tasks to move through the Pass and get access to a lot of cool stuff, like
- New playable characters: The adorable Panda and Red Panda join the fray!
- Kung Fu Hero-themed skins: Channel your inner martial arts master with these stylish skins.
Party Animals is having even more fun this weekend! During the Master Pass event, doing hero jobs on the weekends will give you twice as much XP. This will help you level up even faster and get those coveted rewards.
New Features and Bug Fixes
Party Animals Patch 1.6.0.0 adds a lot of changes that make the game more fun overall. Local players can now join the fight in Quick Match! Like in Custom Games, up to three more nearby players can join you on the same device, making the party a full four furry fighters.
Some technical issues are also fixed in the update. An optimization has been added to stop players and AI from getting an unfair edge by starting the game early and going ahead of the other players. There is now also an option to turn off background music while the game is running, giving players more control over their audio settings. It is now more fair that winning rounds in Last Stand and points in Teams Score have an effect on how much XP you get in the end.
With Party Animals Patch 1.6.0.0, a bug that had to do with banana peels has been fixed. In the past, stepping on a banana peel in the air would make you lose all of your energy. This problem has been fixed, making the experience on those wet areas more fair and less frustrating.
