Nintendo Indie World August 2021: Nintendo streamed the Indie Game showcase on youtube. These were some of the best games announced for the Nintendo switch.
Indie Games offer some of the best experiences at a cheaper price. The games are developed by small studios with dedication and passion. Nintendo is announcing the new Indie games coming to Nintendo Switch on their YouTube channel.
There were some exciting announcements about the new upcoming games. We also got the release dates of the known games coming to the Nintendo Switch
Axiom Verge 2
Axiom Verge was released in 2015 with great reviews from fans and critics alike. Finally, we get a sequel to this amazing game. It will be available to purchase from today on the Nintendo Switch eShop. The story is a prequel to the original game and introduces a new hero and her story about fighting for her life.
Along with this, Boyfriend Dungeon, Necrobarista: Final Pour, Garden Story, Islanders: Console Edition, Slime Rancher: Plortable Edition and Curious Expedition 2 are also available on the Nintendo Switch eShop.
Bomb Rush Cyberfunk
Bomb Rush Cyberfunk is a graffiti-skating adventure game developed by Team Reptile. The game is based on Sega’s stylish Jet Set Radio Games. Team Reptile has also developed the game Lethal League. Bomb Rush Cyberfunk is coming to Nintendo Switch and other platforms in 2022.
Loop Hero
Loop Hero is a card based role playing game. You have to build the world for your hero’s adventure by placing enemies, buildings and terrain. You have to earn loot by fighting the enemies and the bosses. Loop Hero is coming to Nintendo Switch this holiday season.
Eastward
Fans of Stardew Valley are excited about this new game developed by Chucklefish. It is a new role playing game from the developers behind Risk of Rain, Starbound and Wrgroove. It was first announced at the Indie World 2019. Eastward is a game that takes the players through society on the brink of collapse. It is an adventure game and it launches on the Nintendo Switch on September 16.
Tetris Effect
Tetris Effect is a surprisingly emotional puzzle game. It was released on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. Tetris Effect will be available to play on the Nintendo Switch soon. It will be the Tetris Effect Connected version. This version includes competitive and cooperative multiplayer modes.
Along with this, Nintendo has also confirmed the port of the black and white photography adventure Toem. A turn based Metal Slug called Metal Slug Tactics will be available on the Nintendo Switch. Shovel Knight: Pocket Dungeon is a puzzle dungeon crawler developed by Yacht Club Games. It will also have amiibo support.
Some other Nintendo ports also got their release dates which include Astroneer and LumberJack – January 2022, Hundred Days: Winemaking Simulator and Gang Beasts – this winter and Changing Tides – early 2022.
