Nickelodeon just announced their crossover fighting game at the Gamescom 2021 event and here is all you need to know about the characters, release date and more for All-Star Brawl
The all-new Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl is a crossover fighting game developed by Ludosity and Fair Play Lab. This is the first time that they have released a console game.
Till now, all of their games were released on browser, ios and android. The browser games were mostly mini-games released for promotional events. They featured various characters from the Nickelodeon shows.
Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl Gameplay
The gameplay mechanics are very similar to Nintendo’s Super Smash Bros. Super Smash Bros is Nintendo’s version of an all star crossover fighting game. In this game, there will be a fighting ring with different characters from the Nickelodeon shows. Players battle 20 different stages based on various Nickelodeon shows. The players will have to fight and knock out their enemies out of the ring to win and proceed to the next level.
Players will also be able to unlock additional in-game content after defeating the whole game. This will have artwork featuring the playable characters in the game. The game will also have a local and online multiplayer mode. Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl can be played by up to 4 players in the local and online multiplayer mode. The game will utilize ‘rollback netcode’ to support its online functionality on supported platforms.

Currently, the developers have announced that the game will feature 16 unique characters. The 16 characters are selected from 11 different Nickelodeon shows. They have plans to reveal more characters in the future

Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl Release Date
After the news about the new Nickelodeon game was leaked by GameFly on July 10, they officially announced the game on July 13 via a trailer on IGN. According to the trailer released, the game is scheduled to release in late 2021.
Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl Consoles
The game will be published by GameMill Entertainment in North America and Maximum Games in the European region. Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl is scheduled to release for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and Microsoft Windows.
The developers have announced that they will reveal more information about the upcoming characters in the coming days. The game will be available to play on consoles and PC in late 2021.
