The news was revealed by the official handle of the NFL, who posted a picture of the music sensation holding a football in her hand. Rihanna is known to be an ideal ‘diva’ and an ‘inspiration’ to millions of people all around the world, is once again going to take center stage in the sporting world as she headlined the Super Bowl LVII.

With the expectation already set on 7th sky for the Super Bowl LVII halftime show – courtesy to Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, Eminem, Kendrick Lamar and Mary J. Blige’s magical performance last time around, hopefully Rihanna would be able to deliver upon it.

NFL Fans wanted Drake to headline Super Bowl LVII halftime show in place of Rihanna

Interestingly, Jay-Z, whose entertainment agency (Roc Nation) is one of the several executive producers of the half-time show, went onto call Rihanna as a generational talent. So, when is the Super Bowl LVII? It will take place on February 12 at the State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona. Interestingly, it will be the first with Apple Music as a partner on the Halftime Show. But the more important question remains – will we witness the legendary duo of Drake and Rihanna setting the Super Bowl LVII half-time stage on fire? Could it be better than the previous one? Remains to be seen.
