The special connection was on show when Tom Brady posted about Lamar Jackson being the ‘next’ big thing in NFL, initially when he retired in February. Moreover, to add to the respect they share for each other, Jackson even went onto claim Brady as the ‘G.O.A.T’. This led to Skip Bayless thinking that Brady’s favors the mentioned player more than Patrick Mahomes to be his heir.

On the latest episode of Undisputed, Skip Bayless spoke about Lamar Jackson being the preferred heir. “Tom Brady is a much bigger fan of Lamar Jackson than Shannon Sharpe is, that’s the simple truth of what it is. You are oversold on Patrick Mahomes. That is why you’re offended that Tom Brady would bless Lamar and not even mention Mahomes.”

Is Lamar Jackson the true heir of Tom Brady?

Both Lamar Jackson and Patrick Mahomes have shown why they are two of best Quarterbacks in modern-day NFL. With Brady obviously showing signs of clinching another Super Bowl when he unretired, Jackson and Mahomes have clearly been better than him.
