Hunter Henry reveals his true feelings on Patriots Quarterback Mac Jones

While many might tell you that Mac Jones will not have the best of 2022-23 campaign, as what many would’ve been expecting of him yet there is no denying that he is arguably one of the most skilled players in the New England Patriots’ roster. That is exactly why he has full support of him teammates, against all odds.

Having thrown seven interceptions in his first three games of the seasons, things went to worse for the #1 QB when he suffered an ankle injury. Being sidelined for the next three games, many thought that the fans of Patriots do not want him to return. But that only motivated Jones to perform at a better level and rate.

In the team’s most recent matchup against the New York Jets, Mac Jones showed signs of excellence. He completed 23-of-27 passes for over 245 yards against Jets, before throwing at a career high of 382 yards in a loss against the resilient Minnesota Vikings.

When Hunter Henry who is Mac’s neighbor was inquired about the former’s mindset and how he has witnessed him coping up in a struggle-full season, this was what the New England Patriots’ Tight End had to say.

“He’s (Mac Jones) doing a great job, man,” Henry said as quoted by ClutchPoints. “This year has been tough at times. Just going through an injury and battling his way back. It’s fun to see him have success and just the leader he is. We just continue to ride him throughout this whole year.

“He’s a stud. I’m glad he’s my quarterback. Glad he is our quarterback. Excited to go out there and compete every single week with him.”
