Shannon initially expressed her concerns about her father through a detailed Instagram caption on June 8th. In her post, she shared that she received a distressing call from her dad on May 14th, informing her that he was hospitalized in Memphis, Tennessee, experiencing intense pain. Despite being out of the country at the time, she took immediate action to arrange help for him. The intensive care unit revealed that his life was hanging by a thread.
Shannon also mentioned that her father’s home had been violated and valuable items were stolen. She stated her determination to collaborate with the Colorado Bureau of Investigations and local authorities to ensure that the perpetrators are brought to justice.
Shannon launched a GoFundMe campaign to assist her father, without disclosing specific details about the individuals involved in the alleged victimization. The campaign aims to raise $500,000 for legal fees, medical expenses, future housing, and care costs. Shannon expressed her shock at the cruelty her father experienced and her optimism for justice to prevail.
