Stephen Curry is one of the greatest in NBA history

Especially in the playoffs, he is statistically the best shooter in NBA history. According to Statmuse, Only Two 34+-year-olds have had 10+ 30-point games in a single playoff. One of them is Michael Jordan who did the same with the Bulls in his late career and another is Warriors hero Steph Curry.

Curry is the third player to average at least 30 points per game shooting 50% from the floor and 45% from the 3 point-line in an NBA Finals series. The two players who did it before were Michael Jordan and Kevin Durant.

From 2015-16, Golden State Warriors broke the 1995-1996 record for most wins in a season. The Warriors went 73-9 one better than Chicago’s 72-10.

Steph Curry was named NBA Finals MVP for this season

Golden State Warriors became the NBA Champions once again by getting over Boston Celtics 103-90 to win their fourth title in the last eight seasons last month.

Stephen Curry scored 34 points and was named NBA Finals MVP as the warriors claimed the franchise’s seventh championship overall. He has equalled the record of reaching the Finals as many times as Michael Jordan and bettered it by winning it as well.

Curry became emotional after the win and gave his statement after the win

“Man, I’m so proud of our group,” an emotional Curry told ESPN’s Lisa Salters after the game. “I thank God every day that I get to play this game at the highest level with some amazing people. They know this is what it’s all about, playing for a championship, and what we’ve been through the last three years.

“[At the] beginning of the season, nobody thought we’d be here except everybody on this court right now. It’s amazing. Very surreal, though, very surreal.”

Stephen has contributed in every aspect possible to help his team win and cement himself and his team among the greatest in history.
