“NOT EXACTLY JORDANESQUE” – Skip Bayless continues to question LeBron James after Lakers blow 17-point lead over Pacers

Skip Bayless continued to question LeBron James after the Los Angeles Lakers blew a 17-point lead to lose to the Indiana Pacers on Monday night.

The Los Angeles Lakers blew a near unassailable 17-point lead as they went down to the Indiana Pacers at the Crypto.com Arena on Monday night. The Lakers had a comfortable outing as they won all three of the first three quarters and looked en route to a convincing win – however; it was not to be as the Indiana Pacers came back from behind to register an inspirational victory.

LeBron James in action for the Lakers

The Lakers were in cruise control of the game, winning all three of the first three quarters but they did not know what was about to hit them in the last quarter. Despite controlling the entire game courtesy of Anthony Davis’ tally of 25 points and 13 rebounds and LeBron James’ 21 points, it all fell apart for the Lakers as they lost the last quarter by losing a 17-point lead.

The Pacers were jubilant at the end of the game as Andrew Nembhard gave up with a buzzer-beater to win the game, and the Lakers were naturally crestfallen having let go of a game that was practically in their grasp. The Lakers failed to make it three wins in a row when they really should have, and were dealt with a lot of criticism – none more so than that from Skip Bayless.

What did Skip Bayless have to say about LeBron James following the game?

The NBA analyst continued to rip into the Lakers and their talisman LeBron James as he took to Twitter to give his two cents on the game.

Bayless took to his Twitter as he questioned LeBron and the Lakers: “WILL SOMEBODY PLEASE EXPLAIN HOW LEBRON JAMES ALLOWED HIS LAKERS TO BLOW A 17-POINT 4TH-QUARTER LEAD AT HOME TO PACERS PLAYING BACK TO BACK??? AND HE’S SUPPOSED TO BE THE GOAT??? NOT EXACTLY JORDANESQUE.

It was not the first time that Bayless ripped into the Lakers star for the loss to the Pacers, and it certainly will not be the last time of Bayless’ questioning LeBron’s credentials either.
