Shaq will be hosting New Year’s Eve Special party in VR (Virtual Reality)

Shaq, a retired NBA player, had a great year in 2022, and he had big plans to celebrate New Years Eve in VR with friends and admirers. Before his countdown special, “The Shaq’tacular Spectacular,” Shaq spoke with ET about his weight reduction and his intentions for the upcoming year.

O’Neal talked about his 40-pound weight reduction, his goals to reduce at least 20 more pounds, and his forthcoming special in an interaction with ET’s Nischelle Turner.

Shaq claimed that the results of his blood tests led to his determination to shed the pounds. In order to support overall health and possibly encourage weight loss, he adopted a “clean” diet, emphasizing whole, unprocessed foods. He found the tests to be alarming enough to do so. He thus lost 40 pounds.

Shaq’s plans and resolutions for 2023

He told Turner, “I need to drop around 20, but impressive.” In response, O’Neal declared he would “get very chiseled up and shoot an underwear ad with my boys.” By the time he turns 51 on March 6, 2023, the three-time NBA Finals MVP said he intends to have accomplished his ultimate aim.
