Luka Doncic of the Dallas Mavericks scores a remarkable 60-point triple double against the New York Knicks in the NBA

On Tuesday night, Luka Doncic of the Dallas Mavericks became the first player in NBA history to record a 60-point triple-double against the New York Knicks. Doncic recorded a massive 60-point triple-double, the first of its sort in NBA history and in his NBA career. Doncic became the youngest player in history to achieve such a feat, surpassing the mark established by none other than Wilt Chamberlain at the age of 26.

The supporters that clapped for him on the field were really appreciative. Twitter fans also got some positive responses supporting Luka.

The twitter circle was equally enthralled as everyone else on the ground. Mark Cuban, owner of the Dallas Mavericks, remarked on Twitter that people are seeing brilliance and that he has never witnessed anything like it before. Luka also has got to say something after breaking the NBA streak: “I mean, that was pretty impressive…The whole team just kept going. [Teams were] 0-13,000+ games and with 35 seconds [left]. That’s impressive. Everybody just kept it together. We believed. That’s what I will say to that.”

Luka Doncic: NBA Career

The birthplace of Luka Doncic is Slovenia’s Ljubljana. Basketball was Doncic’s first sport when he was eight years old with the Olimpija youth teams. Doncic joined the NBA after being chosen in the 2018 NBA Draft. Before joining Dallas, Atlanta had originally chosen Doncic.

Doncic won consecutive All-NBA First Team titles. He has achieved the accomplishment at the youngest age in NBA history.

Strangely, Doncic’s father was a professional basketball player in Slovenia. Radoslav Nesterovic, his godfather, played for 12 seasons in the NBA. In 2005, Nesterovic also captured a championship with the San Antonio Spurs. Even past NBA players gave Luca Doncic admiration for this accomplishment.
