Seth Curry had a massive night against the Portland Trail Blazers and seems like LeBron James enjoyed Seth’s performance

Brooklyn Nets Guard Seth Curry had a hell of a night. Curry put on a show to win against the Portland Trail Blazers 111 – 97 on Sunday night.

Curry scored 29 points (11-15 FG, 7-10 3Pt), 3 rebounds, 1 assist and 1 steal in 29 minutes. Further, 13 of Seth’s 29 points came in the fourth quarter and he played just 11 minutes. Curry’s momentum helped Brooklyn snatch the win against Portland.

Moreover, Seth’s 29 points and seven three-pointers were both his season-high scores.

32-year-old Curry had a rough beginning to the 2022-23 NBA season, as he scored just four points in his first three games. However, off late, Seth has been popping off, averaging 15.1 points and making 49.0 percent of his three-pointers over the last eight games.

Sunday night’s performance of Curry is sure to spin some heads and grab some appreciation. Fans were delighted to see Brooklyn win and they were amazed by Curry’s shooting performance.

Brooklyn Nets overcomes the Portland Trail Blazers challenge

The Brooklyn Nets have begun their season-long seven-home game challenge. On Sunday night, Brooklyn faced their first contender, the Portland Trail Blazers. Thanks to Seth’s sharpshooting, Nets pulled off a win against Portland 111 – 97.

The Sunday night game was almost a defensive disaster for the Nets. They only have their offensive unit to thanks for securing the win.

It was only in the second half that Nets tightened their defenses. In the final 24 minutes, the Nets locked the Trail Blazers to just 40 points and conceded just 17 points in the fourth quarter.

Kevin Durant had a great night, scoring game-high 31 points, as well as five assists and five rebounds. Kyrie Irving added 22 points, Seth Curry scored 29 points, and Nic Claxton added 12 points and seven assists.

Ben Simmons played excellent defense for the Nets, grabbing 12 rebounds, and dishing 8 assists, but scoring just 2 points.

For the Portland Trail Blazers, Jerami Grant scored 29 points for Portland. Jusuf Nurkic had 17 points and 14 rebounds, while Anfernee Simons added 15 points and Justice Winslow had 14.

Notably, the Trail Blazers are without Damian Lillard and have lost five of their last six games.
