Kyle Kuzma seems to have entered his peak-form years as he is magnificently carrying the Washington Wizards on his shoulders. The former NBA Champion with Los Angeles Lakers has stated his desire to play for a team in the ‘bigger market’, perhaps a side which could challenge for the NBA championship.

One can understand what Kuzma wants; he has already played majority of his NBA career in Hollywood with the Lakers wherein he was always given a role off the bench. He is now with the Wizards, who simply do not have the core of players to be making a deep run in the playoffs.

Kyle Kuzma’s latest interview with ESPN has got fans hyped, especially after he revealed what Lakers’ Vice President – Rob Pelinka told him before trading him to the Washington Wizards in a deal for Russell Westbrook.

Will Kyle Kuzma make his way to the LA Lakers?

“I was walking my dog,” Kuzma said. “I got a call from Rob, and he was like, ‘Hey man, I love you, this is just a part of the business, and this is never a ‘goodbye,’ it’s always a ‘see you later.'”

Los Angeles Lakers have caught to the pace of the season after a desperate and miserable start. NBA Analyst – Chris Haynes feels that Kyle Kuzma’s addition to the Lakers could be a way to push the purple and gold forward.

He said as per Silver Screen and Roll’s Darius Soriano, Haynes feels, “Kuz is one of the archetypes of forwards who can really help the Lakers. While he isn’t elite at any one thing on offense, he can do everything at a reasonably high level to the point that a random 30+ point night isn’t out of the question vs. any level of opponent.

“Kyle Kuzma is also a capable defender and rebounder who would allow the Lakers to not shoehorn a smaller defender onto a big wing or force LeBron into that matchup.”
