The Golden State Warriors are down to the bottom half of the season with a record of 20-19. However, GM Bob Myers has immense confidence in his team to bring back the NBA Championship.

Bob Myers was in conversation with Bonta Hill, Festus Ezeli, and Chris Mullins. During the “Warriors Pregame Live” he showed that the table position of his franchise doesn’t end their championship dream. According to him, the Golden State Warriors have a chance to reach the NBA Finals, a chance as good as anybody in the league.

“Well, the thing I said last year about this group was, let’s let them try to win the whole thing until somebody proves them wrong or knocks them off,” said Bob Myers. He added, “… And so it’s the same thing this year, through all the ups and downs, the rollercoaster season, it’s be healthy and let’s see someone beat those guys.”

He even added that his confidence doesn’t lie in the hands of Warrior stars. “And it’s not just [Curry, Green, Thompson], it’s the whole team, but we view it the same way. Because until that happens, who am I to say we’re incapable or they’re incapable? If it doesn’t happen, you can start saying those things.”

“He is taking it day-by-day,” says Golden State Warriors’ GM Bob Myers on Klay Thompson

Bob Myers had a say after Klay Thompson dropped 54-points against Atlanta Hawks. He was in conversation with the “Warriors Pregame Live” trio, telling them that he is happy for Klay Thompson.

“It didn’t look forced. I think that’s what I like the most about it. I mean, [we] certainly need his offense without [Steph] Curry and [Andrew] Wiggins. And so you’re going to ask more of him than you ever would with how depleted we are.”

With Golden State Warriors finding their MOJO mid-season, Bob Myers says the bench only needed time to get comfortable. He mentioned that their dip came because the bench struggled to play together, but now they are whole again.
