Draymond Green and Ja Morant have been vocal in pointing forward their respective team’s claim in the verbal banter as Golden State Warriors and Memphis Grizzlies have emerged as the newest modern-day rivals.

Just when Ja Morant made a huge claim stating that he only fears the Boston Celtics and is absolutely fine in the Western Conference, Draymond wasn’t going to sit back and relax. On the latest episode of ‘The Draymond Green Show,’ the former Defensive Player of the Year sarcastically made his feelings clear.

Draymond Green stated, “You are fine Ja, you are. But the Warriors are in the West now champ. So yes, you are fine Ja. The Grizzlies on the other hand, that’s a topic for another day.”

When do we witness Draymond Green vs Ja Morant’s next battle?

Ever since the Warriors ousted Grizzlies in the 2021-22 playoffs, there have been numerous players from both teams who have fired blatant shots. Even the Christmas Day matchup between these two mentioned teams was hyped.

While JA Morant dropped a massive 36-point performance, it was the Warriors who emerged victorious courtesy of a rare rebound-assists double-double by Draymond Green. The Golden State was without Steph Curry in this particular matchup.

Hopefully, in the next meeting between Memphis Grizzlies and Golden State Warriors on January 25th, both these teams could be at full strength as the decision might just change the entire image of the Western Conference standings.
