Bam Adebayo Injury: Concerning update could make Heat fans worry

published

When Miami Heat locked horns against the Brooklyn Nets in their most recent encounter, Bam Adebayo wasn’t able to fire. Rather he had one of his worst games ever as he registered just 10 points on a 5-of-15 shooting night. Moreover, Bam wasn’t even able to establish his presence on the board as he had only 8 rebounds in 28 minutes of game action.

Safe to say that this wasn’t the kind of performance his Heat teammates were expecting as the Nets suffered a nail-biting 102-101 defeat on Sunday. As one might be unaware why Bam wasn’t at his formidable best, let me tell you that it was because of the hand injury that seemingly put him out of shape on Sunday.

The 25-year-old Heat star looked to have injured his hand in the second quarter as StatMuse made everyone aware that his hand has been causing some stress for quite some time now.

Bam Adebayo’s Hand Injury

To make matters worse, Bam Adebayo has now been tagged as questionable for the Miami heat’s game on Tuesday against the Oklahoma City Thunder.

For those who are unaware, the 25-year-old rebounding beast has been diagnosed with a wrist contusion, and it remains to be seen if he will miss time because of this most recent knock.

It is worth noting that Adebayo was also on the injury report for Sunday’s loss with a bruised thigh. Will we watch him in action in the next encounter? Remains to be seen.
