Durant has recently shown his knack for investing stocks in a business as he has invested in American tennis legend Venus Williams’ company. Williams’ Happy Viking company is a plant-based superfood brand that launched in 2020, and it looks like it’s gaining some real financial backing from some heavy-hitters – such as the likes of Durant and her sister Serena Williams.

Durant is worth $200million courtesy of the salaries collected in his playing career and his endorsements that make him the third highest-paid player in the NBA Right now joins a list containing heavy hitters such as Rich Kleiman from Durant’s very own Thirty-Five ventures and Peloton Vice President of Fitness Programming Robin Arzón among others.

Venus is an incredible entrepreneur, and in getting to know her and the team she’s put together behind Happy Viking, it was clear to Kevin Durant and I that the company has set itself up for success”, said Kleiman. However, this is not Durant’s first noteworthy investment.

What are some of Durant’s other investments?

Besides Happy Viking, Durant has also invested in other companies.
