The Australian star followed it up with another comprehensive win against Jacopo Berrettini in straight sets 6-1, 6-0. De Minaur converted 5 out of 6 break points in this clash.

The dominating run continued in the quarterfinals as de Minaur ousted Taro Daniel 6-2, 6-2. The former had a win percentage of 95 on the first serve.
