In 2000, Ginobili signed in Italy to play Kinder Bologna. During his time with Kinder Bologna, Ginobili won the 2001 Italian League Championship, the 2001 and 2002 Italian Cups, and the 2001 EuroLeague, where he was named the 2001 EuroLeague’s Finals MVP. He played for Kinder Bologna till 2002.
