LIV vs TOT: Can Tottenham pick some points from leaders Liverpool?
The big Premier League clash of the weekend sees Tottenham travel to Liverpool on Sunday.
Both sides secured huge wins in their Champions League matches in midweek with neither team picking up any major injuries.
Liverpool dropped their first points of the Premier League campaign in the 1-1 draw at Manchester United but Spurs were held to a draw by lowly Watford in their last league clash.
The Reds have been in sensational form over the past 18 months while Tottenham have struggled to chain positive results together.
There is good news for Mauricio Pochettino with most of his Tottenham stars fit while Joel Matip and Trent Alexander-Arnold didn’t feature for Liverpool in their midweek win.
Andy Robertson picked up a slight knock against Genk, but the Scot expects to be fit to face Tottenham on Sunday (h/t Liverpool Echo).

This has become one of the biggest rivalries in recent years and the pair met in the final of the Champions League a few months ago.
Liverpool came out on top of that clash and have taken their performances to another level.
Tottenham, on the other hand, have struggled but their 5-0 win over Red Star Belgrade should give them some confidence ahead of the game.
Dream 11 requires at least four players from each side and selecting the right ones can lead to a great points haul.
Goalkeeper
Hugo Lloris is out of the game as he recovers from a dislocated elbow. Alisson returned to action for the Reds against Manchester United and he should be picked ahead of Paulo Gazzaniga.
Defenders
Robertson has to be selected for this clash as he is expected to be fit. Trent Alexander-Arnold could be another selection but him missing out the game against Genk is an issue.
The Englishman could return if he is fit but Virgil van Dijk has to be selected as he is one of the best in the world.
Danny Rose should also be selected as the left-back joins the attack well and could cause Liverpool some problems.
Midfielders
Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane were on the score-sheet in midweek and should start for the Reds on Sunday.
The pair have troubled Spurs in the past and should be in the Dream 11 team.
Spurs’ midfielders haven’t done much this season so selected Moussa Sissoko and Harry Winks is a great option to balance things in terms of players selected.
Strikers
Roberto Firmino could have been selected but Harry Kane and Son Heung-min seem to be in great form after their braces against Red Star.
The pair should be selected for this clash while Divock Origi could come off the bench and get some crucial points too.
Captain and Vice-captain
The captain and vice-captain should be split between the teams with Sadio Mane being handed the armband while Son is his deputy.
Prediction
This is another tough match to call given that Tottenham always raise their game against the Reds.
However, Liverpool should have enough in the tank to get the better of the London side.
