The Serbian then eased past Stanislas Wawrinka 6-2 6-2 in the third round to set up a quarterfinal clash against Felix Auger-Aliassime.

Meanwhile, Auger- Aliassime was drawn against Alejandro Davidovich Fokina in the second round and the Canadian managed to claw his way to victory after losing the first set  4-6 7-6 (7-2) 6-2. The 21-year-old managed a much more convincing win in the third round against American Marcos Giron as Auger-Aliassime won 6-3 6-2. However, he is bound to face his toughest challenge yet on Friday.
