The English footballer, Mason Greenwood is becoming a dad. The pregnancy news of his girlfriend surfaced around the football community.
Mason becoming ‘Dad’ for the first time
The Manchester United star, Mason was arrested last year for attempted rape charges and assault. The 21-year-old’s charges were dropped earlier this month and will likely return in the red. Mason was relieved and stated, “I am relieved that this matter is now over and I would like to thank my family, loved ones and friends for their support. There will be no further comment at this time”.
But there are also rumors that the team’s senior players are not interested in the return of Mason. The official decision will be published by the team management soon.
The founder of the United Women’s Supporters’ Club, Natalie Burrell said, “United need to make a statement and letting him back would be the worst thing they could do. I don’t want to see him training, in a kit, or coming out at Old Trafford again. And I’m confident they won’t (let him).”
Apart from all the odds that happened for Mason, he’ll be happy to become a father for the first time as his girlfriend, Harriet Robson is pregnant. They are expecting their baby into the world this summer. Fans surfaced the comments, “Junior Manchester United star in making” on Twitter. The forwarder has one added responsibility to his pocket, hope he does it well like how he is at football!
Also, there are rumors that the pregnancy of his girlfriend is the major reason behind the dropping of charges. Some football fans and social activists tweeted against the decision and tweeted, “So this is the new Evidence”, and “This whole Greenwood saga won’t be any weirder than this right??????“.
Hope the right decision will be taken by the management on Mason’s arrival at Old Trafford.
