Unfortunately, however, Danya was recently eliminated after Flula Borg, Chiney Ogwumike and Jeff Dye did not find her cake cleat convincing enough.

The second season follows a similar format as its predecessor and features cake artists competing against one another. The inaugural episode premiered on March 18 and showcased talented bakers from around the country.

Jarid Altmark is an accomplished cake artist who has garnered numerous awards. He has appeared on Holiday Wars and Food Network Challenge as well as worked as Marketing Assistant and Communications Specialist at TradeStation. While keeping a relatively private life, there have been no signs of partners or relationships on social media.

Miko Kaw Hok Uy, 35 years old from Philippines and competing on season two of Netflix’s Is It Cake? series. He holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree and interned under celebrity baker Ron Ben-Israel.
He is widely recognized for designing a cake to resemble Catriona Gray, Miss Universe 2018. Additionally, he often incorporates components of his culture into his work; recently making an ube cake that looked like a mango basket as his initial task on the show.
