Hikaru Shida is a Japanese professional wrestler, MMA artist, and also model. Hikaru won a lot of championship titles, including ICEx60 Champion, four-time International Ribbon Tag-Team Champion.
Shida worked as a freelancer after leaving Ice RIbbon. But in this era of social media, Shida has kept her personal life very private. Let us find out whether AEW star Hikaru Shida married or not.
Hikaru Shida married
Shida signed for AEW on April 9, 2019. She made her AEW debut at Double or Nothing and competed in a six-women tag team match. On May 23, 2020, she defeated Nyla Rose in a no disqualification and no counting game to win her first AEW Women’s World Championship.
Hikaru defended her title against some of the top AEW Superstars like Ryo Mizuami, Tay Conti, Thunder Rosa before finally being defeated by Britt Baker at Double or Nothing. She held the title for 372 days which is the longest reign in AEW history.
Certain rumours speculate that Shida has been linked with fellow AEW star Kenny Omega. They have a long history together in Japan and have played an instrumental role in working with AEW’s women’s division.
However, there is no proof yet that they are dating since they are very private in sharing their personal lives. Other than that, Shida has not been seeing anyone and is clearly not married yet.
