The two are really close in real life as well and knowing the fact that Bowens is gay, people conclude that Caster might be gay as well.
Bowens has been open about his sexuality even before coming to AEW in 2020. He opened up about his sexuality in 2017 and made it known that he identifies as gay. Bowens has been very vocal about sexual freedom and aims to inspire others to follow in his footsteps. The AEW star is certainly not afraid of who he truly is and aims to inspire others for the same.
