In Destiny 2, the third trial for players who want to complete the Root of Nightmares raid on the Master difficulty level is here. It is known as the Cosmic Equilibrium challenge. You need to complete it successfully in order to obtain the potent Adept raid gear.

If you complete the Cosmic Equilibrium Macrocosm challenge in Destiny 2, you will get rewards. You will also get additional Destiny 2 Root of Nightmares goodies. These rewards will include Adept versions of the Destiny 2 Root of Nightmares weapons. If you think you can handle it, completing the Root of Nightmares Master difficulty will be well worth the time and work you put into it. How to complete the Destiny 2 Cosmic Equilibrium Challenge

Players need to shift the Dark planets to the left side of the screen and the Light planets to the right side. This is important in order to complete the Destiny 2 Cosmic Equilibrium challenge. The remainder of the interaction does not change in any way.

As soon as you get the Planetary Insight buff, move to the opposite side of the room. Then gather one of the two planets that corresponds to the side of the room that you are currently on. If you’re on the Light side of the Macrocosm encounter, for example, you’ll need to grab a Light planet. Then swap it for the Dark planet that another member of your team should be holding.

You won’t need to make too many adjustments from a typical run in order to accommodate this. All you need to do is make sure everyone is on the same page. At this point, the planets should correspond to the side chamber that they are on. Then you should be able to initiate the Zo’aurc damage phase as you normally would.

And with that, you’ve successfully completed the Destiny 2 Cosmic Equilibrium challenge that was presented to you in the Root of Nightmares Master difficulty Macrocosm encounter. This is the third of four challenges that were added with the Master mode raid that gives fantastic rewards. However, if you are going to take on the Macrocosm task, you will want to make sure that you have the greatest Destiny 2 PvE weapons available to you.

Keep in mind

The majority of the fighting flow from the first challenge has been carried over. This is why the Destiny 2 Cosmic Equilibrium challenge might feel similar. The obstacles posed by Illuminated Torment (the first encounter) and Crossfire (the second encounter) are, to some extent, similar to one another. These challenges ask players to use the standard gameplay principles, but with a few tweaks here and there.

If you are already familiar with the Macrocosm encounter, there is a good chance that you will pick up the Macrocosm challenge relatively fast. Players of Destiny 2 will be relieved to learn that the third encounter challenge in the Root of Nightmares raid is the least difficult one so far. It will no longer be necessary for players to rely on the opposing team to shoot the crystals or to worry about properly managing their Field of Light bonus in order to eliminate Tormentors.
