Ursula or the Sea Witch is a tactical boss, she is shrewd enough to not expose her weakness. You can complete the battle in two stages, here’s the Ursula boss fight strategy for phase 1 and phase 2. Implement these strategies and tips to defeat Ursula in the game’s toughest boss battle.
Phase 1
Phase 1 of the boss battle takes place in Ursula’s Lair. The very first move that Ursula uses is her powerful spin moves and attacks which you need to dodge. Ursula also unleashes a magic spell, you can use Blizzard and Fire to tackle these spells. Ursula doesn’t utilize the stolen trident, but you must have a separate plan to overcome her spells and two Eel Lackeys. You can continue to deal damage and use fire and magic at regular intervals. The Mermaid Kick skill can be the best option to avoid damage and attacks. You need to be aware of her spin attacks, as Ursula constantly uses them to deal more damage.
Ethers will be the best option to overcome her eels. Keep casting the magic on her cauldron and if needed you can also use Aero. Ursula gives up after a while, then phase two of the Ursula boss fight begins now.
Phase 2
Phase 2 can be a bit tricky as Ursula attacks with full energy and skills. She will be even more formidable than Phase 1.
