Mercedes AMG fire up their new Formula One car ahead of the 2022 season for the first time

As the 2022 Formula One season approaches closer, all teams are at the race to get done with their respective cars on time. Mercedes is a step closer as the team fired its W13 car for the first time recently. By doing so, they became the first F1 team to do so until now.

Mercedes took to Twitter to share the first glimpse of their new car roaring into life and also showed their W13’s engine come to life. Take a look at the video shared by the team below:

After becoming the first team to fire up their car for the upcoming season, the Mercedes team will look to hit the track as soon as possible to test out their car as well. However, we might have to wait a little longer for that as nothing has been said as of yet.

Can Mercedes continue their dominance in F1?

Mercedes will look to continue their dominance on F1 in the upcoming season as well. Having won eight straight constructor’s championships, the team is already eyeing up its ninth. However, this season they will be faced with a lot of challenges because of the change in regulations of the cars.
