Mercedes F1 recently gave their fans a New Year’s present as they took to Twitter to share a sneak peek of their 2022 F1 car. The team of Mercedes will have a change in their driver line-up for the next season. Valtteri Bottas has departed to Alfa Romeo and Williams’ driver George Russell has been called to replace Bottas. The new car will be driven by the most successful driver in F1 history, Lewis Hamilton and the young-gun Russell.

Mercedes to bring back silver livery for 2022 season

Mercedes shifted from their iconic silver livery to black livery a year ago. Now, it looks like Mercedes have decided to go back to their iconic silver livery. Mercedes’ silver is considered to be as legendary as Ferrari’s red. However, nothing has been confirmed as of yet these are just reports at the moment. It remains to be seen whether Mercedes’ actually shift back to silver livery for the upcoming season or not. If they do, it will certainly bring back some old memories for the team and the fans as the team achieved unmatched success in their iconic silver livery.
