He collapsed during a game in Milpitas, California, at the age of 56.

Andrew finished by stating, “Isn’t that as old as the human time where the sons make money to look after the parent? Isn’t that the way it’s supposed to be? I don’t know. I thought that was normal. To me, it was like the western attitude towards the whole thing was so skewed”.
