In Dead by Daylight, survivors play in a third-person perspective and killers will play in a first-person perspective.

The latest event in Dead by Daylight has arrived. The Blood Moon spring event is live and will be available till March 31, 2024, with plenty of tasks and rewards. Dead by Daylight Blood Moon Event 2024
Blood Moon is a spring event in Dead by Daylight. This event has lots of challenges and rewards for survivors and killers. The Blood Moon event is all about surviving in the blood zones and maximizing rewards. The first objective is to find droplets on the map. Survivors can get one droplet and killers can get two droplets. Droplets float on air and will stick to your characters while you move.
You have to deposit collected droplets into blood basins. This will instantly create a blood zone. In a match, you will find droplets everywhere, but players can only collect 4 droplets per game. As you create more blood zones, you will get an Area Wise buff for your characters. 3 Blood Basins will spawn in a trial and it will increase as you progress in the event.
Buffs in Blood Moon Event – Both survivors and killers get buffs in Blood Zones. The Lunge attack will be longer for killers and blade wipe animation gets extended. Survivors who land in blood zones will get unique buffs. Survivors’ blood pools will dissolve quickly and they will receive minimum damage while standing in these zones. Both survivors and killers will also get bloodpoint bonus.
Tips for the Blood Moon Event
The Dead by Daylight Blood Moon event will have hard mode challenges. Use survivors with high defense and utilize your equipment and perks. Focus on getting droplets to create more blood zones as it grants unlimited buffs. There’s a new Bloodsense map for the event. The Bloodsense map has been launched as a survivor tool for the Bloodweb.
Survivors can utilize the Bloodsense and find their injured survivors in a trial quickly. The aura of other survivors will be visible whenever the Bloodsense is activated. But there’s a disadvantage in using the Bloodsense tool as it leaves blood pools and drops of survivors in the trail and this allows killers to quickly track your spots.
Dead by Daylight Blood Seekers Community Challenge
Players can get unlimited Bloodpoints by progressing in the Blood Seekers community event. Throughout the Blood Moon event, players can create as many blood zones and increase their points for the community challenge. The Tome Event will be back with 2 levels and rewards like Outfits, Player Cards and Charms.
