Predicted 4-2-3-1 Everton line-up to face Crystal Palace in the Premier League

It has been a lukewarm start to the season for Everton as the Toffees currently sit 11th in the standings with three wins and three draws from their first eight games.

However, Everton managed to string together a couple of wins over Fulham and Leicester City going into the international break and the Toffees will be looking to build on their newly-found form when they visit Selhurst Park to face Crystal Palace on Sunday.

Palace have struggled this season and Roy Hodgson’s men are yet to register their first win at home. The Eagles will be hoping to put an end to their dismal record at home but they will face an uphill battle against the Toffees.

Team News

Andre Gomes is still a doubt, with the Barca loanee yet to make his debut for the Toffees. Yerry Mina is doubtful as well and that means Keane could continue alongside Kurt Zouma.

Seamus Coleman is still short of full fitness and Silva might not take a risk by fielding him. Idrissa Gana Gueye suffered an ankle injury and his selection is a doubt too.

England’s No.1 made a couple of brilliant saves for his nation against Spain and has put in consistent shifts between the sticks for his club this season.

Jonjoe Kenny (RB)

With Coleman still not fully fit, Kenny should continue at right-back.

Kurt Zouma (CB)

He has put in some really solid performances at the back this season and Silva should continue to pick him ahead of Mason Holgate.

Michael Keane (CB)

Keane should continue to partner Zouma in central defence as Mina is yet to recover fully.

Lucas Digne (LB)

The Frenchman has done a solid job at the back and has been influential with his accurate crosses from the left.

Morgan Schneiderlin (CDM)

He lost his place due to some lacklustre performances but an injury to Idrissa Gueye should open the door for him to get some action.

Tom Davies (CDM)

He seems to have come into his own with solid displays in the last two outings and Silva should continue to pick him to allow him to grow in confidence.

Theo Walcott (RW)

The former Arsenal man has been in impressive form this season and has contributed a lot to the build-up play. He is likely to start on Sunday.

Bernard (LW)

The Brazilian struggled for game time earlier in the season but he seems to have cemented his place down the left. He has been very influential with his pacy runs down the flanks in the last two games.

Gylfi Sigurdsson (CAM)

He has played a big role in Everton’s victories over Fulham and Leicester City, and delivered a couple of thunderous strikes from outside the box. Everton will need him to deliver once again.

Richarlison (ST)

The Brazilian was backed to spearhead the attack ahead of Cenk Tosun in the last game and he came up with flying colours. He has scored four goals so far and he should score more this season.
