Deontay Wilder finally made his reaction known following his loss to Tyson Fury in the trilogy fight
Deontay Wilder put on a warrior’s performance against Tyson Fury during their recently concluded trilogy fight at the T-Mobile Arena in Paradise, Nevada.
Although, he was beaten fair and square by Fury, Wilder was praised for showing guts and grit throughout the course of the fight.
A devastating right hand from Fury, had Wilder knocked out cold in the eleventh round of the contest.
With that win, Fury closed the chapter in his rivalry with Wilder – 2 wins, 0 losses and 1 draw.
Following his loss, Wilder never gave any pressers, didn’t issue any statement. It was his trainer Malik Scott who had been conveying the news about ‘The Bronze Bomber.’
Deontay Wilder finally opens up
On the 14th of October, Wilder finally broke the silence on his loss.
Posting a picture of himself making his way to the ring during the trilogy bout, Wilder added an elaborate message thanking all his fans and followers. He also thanked God, as he usually does.
‘The Bronze Bomber’ ended his message with the acknowledgement of Fury.
Here is Wilder’s message:
“Wow, what a hell of a night! I would like to first and foremost thank God for allowing me to give the world another part of me that’s driven with passion and determination. I would like to thank my team and my fans for sticking by my side through this long process. I would be lying if I said that I wasn’t disappointed in the outcome but after reflecting on my journey, I now see that what God wanted me to experience is far greater than what I expected to happen.
“We didn’t get the win but a wise man once said the victories are within the lessons. I’ve learned that sometimes you have to lose to win. Although, I wanted the win I enjoyed seeing the fans win even more. Hopefully, I proved that I am a true Warrior and a true King in this sport. Hopefully, WE proved that no matter how hard you get hit with trials and tribulations you can always pick yourself up to live and fight again for what you believe in.

Wilder was handed a 6-month suspension due to the bad beating he took during his loss to Fury.
The man from Alabama is going nowhere and will be back soon.
