If you want to reroll then first you will have to log in as a guest. Once you do it, complete the tutorial where you will have to complete a few stages and also do a summon tutorial. Next, you will have to again complete one more stage in the adventure mode so that you can access all the menus.
After that, you will get the pre-registration rewards in which you will get 100k gold, 1K diamonds, and x1 5-star character. After collecting the rewards, go to the summon menu where you will need the Obsidian letters to summon the characters. By exchanging the diamonds, you will get the Obsidian letters and for that one letter costs 250 diamonds. To earn the diamonds, you can play adventure stages or quests.

Now you will need to choose a banner that will feature your favorite character. There will be different banners and it is totally up to you to decide the best one for you. If you got what you were looking for then you can continue playing the game and link your account. On the other hand, if you did not get your desired character then you can reroll again by clearing the game data and repeating the whole process again.
