Anthony “Showtime” Pettis placed a bet on Raufeon Stots at the recently concluded Bellator 264

Bellator 264 just concluded. The event headlined by Gegard Mousasi vs John Salter featured a couple of high-voltage bouts in the main card as well.

Number 4 ranked Bellator bantamweight Raufeon Stots took on his number 3 ranked counterpart – Magomed Magomedov.

Stots coming in as the clear underdog put on an absolute clinic to clinch a much-needed victory, and in a contest so tight that even the air couldn’t have filled the space.

In fact, Stots nearly got the finish over Magomedov, but the Russian somehow held on. In the end, Stots won via. unanimous decision, scoring 30-27 on one judge’s scorecard, while scoring 29-28 on the other two.

A massive win for Stots in his quest for a bantamweight title. Following his victory, Stots called out Sergio Pettis the Bellator Bantamweight champion.

Stots was also ready to get it done in a million-dollar tournament.

Anthony Pettis walks home with deep pockets after betting on Raufeon Stots

Professional Fighters League lightweight and former UFC star Anthony “Showtime” Pettis placed his bet on Rafuen Stots to come up with a win.

He had bet $5000 on Stots, and his bookmaker had Stots as the +305 underdog.

Stots’ win saw Pettis earn an impressive $15,250, as he took home a total of $20,250.

A delighted Pettis took to Twitter to share the receipt of the same.

As for Pettis, he left the UFC in December 2020. Since then he has fought twice in the PFL. Although, Pettis showed grit and determination in both of his fights, he suffered decision losses, and is currently 0-2 down in his PFL career.
