Cameron Norrie

The British No. 1 had a great start to the season as he performed well in the United Cup and reached the finals in the ASB Classic. However, he couldn’t go deep into the Australian Open as he lost to Jiri Lehecka in the third round.

After receiving a bye into the second round of the Argentina Open, Norrie faced the 22-year-old Facundo Diaz Acosta. The Argentine athlete shocked Norrie and won the first set. However, the experienced campaigner came back strongly to win the match 4-6, 7-5, 7-6 (8-6). Norrie did not play his best game but expect him to bounce back in the encounter because there is no doubting his ability.
