Andrew Tate released from Romanian prison – Tate is a British-American businessman, social media figure, and former professional kickboxer.

Andrew Tate was seized in late December in Bucharest, Romania, along with his brother Tristan and two Romanian ladies.

Tate has already been barred from using several social media sites for expressing sexist and hateful comments. He has frequently maintained that Romanian prosecutors lack proof and that their case is a “political” plot to silence him.

 He was freed from jail on March 31st after being held for months in Romania on allegations of organized crime and human trafficking. The online celebrity won an appeal to replace his prison with home arrest.

According to Ramona Bolla, a spokesman for Romania’s anti-organized crime agency, DIICOT, the Bucharest Court of Appeal decided in favour of Tate’s appeal, which disputed a judge’s decision last week to prolong his imprisonment for a fourth time for 30 days.

None of the four have been officially charged. The judge found it in their favour and ordered their immediate release. Prosecutors cannot appeal the appellate court’s judgment, which was definitive, according to Bolla.

As they were leaving the detention facility, Tate addressed a bunch of reporters saying, “the judges today made the right decision.” He also added, “I respect what they’ve done for me and they will be vindicated in their decision because I’m an innocent man and I can’t wait to prove it.

As he was leaving the facility, many fans standing outside the facility started chanting, “Top-G, Top- G” which is an epithet given to Tate by his fans.

Meanwhile, in front of what is assumed to Tate Brother’s home which is close to the capital, Andrew Tate remitted the reporters by saying that he wants to thank the judges “who heard us today, because they were very attentive and they listened to us, and they let us free”, and also stated that,

I have no resentment in my heart for the country of Romania or for anybody else. Just believe in the truth … I truly believe that justice will be served in the end. There is zero percent chance of me being convicted for something I’ve not done.

Top G will stay under house arrest till April 29. Tate with his brother and two Romanian ladies were not officially and the judge ordered their immediate release.
